At Invictus Gymnastics Club, we aim to provide quality gymnastics tuition and the opportunity for the growth and development of the individual through excellent gymnastic training. We believe that every child matters and deserves quality coaching, no matter their ability.    

Coaching Philosophy

We are very aware of how influential a gymnastics coach can be to a child. We aim to motivate from a place of respect and thus create a positive learning environment, where there is fair and consistent treatment of all athletes. We encourage gymnasts, not to fear mistakes but to learn from them, so that they might gain achievements through enjoyment of their sport.  A child must learn how to use positive language to influence their body’s actions. “The body follows the mind” is the mantra I live by, and what we teach. Patience, virtue, dedication, courage, camaraderie, teamwork, passion and love of sports should always be with in you.
